We are not responsible for damages during shipping. Once you have received a tracking number for your order any issues or concerns must be handled through the US Postal Service because your order is now in their possession. You can contact the US Postal Service at www.usps.com or 800-275-8777. If a shipment is showing as delivered with the tracking number you will need to contact your postal office. As that is a delivery issue and we would not be able to correct a delivery issues. Delivery issues including damage items lost/stolen items must be handled through the US Postal Service.

An additional shipping charge will be applied to clothing exchanges for the exchange items to be sent back to you which will be sent to you via invoice if you would like to exchange a item within 12 hours of the delivery date the exchange item will depend on availability.
Makeup Services:
Your appointment will not be not secured until a deposit has been made.
Deposit must be paid on this website before you are booked
If you can't make it to your appointment, please give at least 48 hour notice in order for your deposit to be credited towards your next service. If you make a same day cancellation, you will not be credited. If you cancel your rescheduled appointment as well, you will have to pay a new deposit. No call/no shows result in an immediate block from books!
Your remaining balance must be paid with CASH or CREDIT CARD (I have a card reader) upon arrival.

•If you live in the Oxford area I will Travel to you for free!
•If you live outside of Oxford it’s a $25 fee for up to 25 miles and $ 3 extra per mile after 25 miles!

* Please come with groomed brows,clean lips & a clean face that's ready for makeup application. I DO NOT OFFER HAIR REMOVAL SERVICES.
* Do not arrive more than 10 mins early. If you are up to 15 mins late, a $10 fee will be applied towards your total. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

RETURNS:
Due to sanitary reason we are not taking any returns/refunds. No refunds no cancellation on already placed orders no switching/swapping items on complete Orders all sale items are final.
In the event that you have received an incorrect item a defective item or a damaged item that was caused On our end please email us within 12 hours. All exchanges are invalid after the 12 hour mark. If you are unable to send the item back in the 12 hour mark you must notify us immediately Before the 12 hour ends.
Exchanges: no exchanges on lash/brush purchases unless you have received a damaged or defective lash/brush.. You must contact within 12 hours of receiving your order to fix the issue. if approved you will be eligible to exchange the lash/brush for the same style. only if the lash/brush have not been worn, used, or had glue/makeup applied to them. Worn or use lashes/brushes will not be considered damaged and is not eligible to be exchange.
Returns for exchanges are only accepted by our approval items sent without our authorization will be refused.
Once the exchange item is received you will be issued a exchange credit towards another purchase exchanges will not be issued as a refund.
CLOTHING:
If you have any issues with defective clothing please contact us prior to wearing/altering any items you have 12 hours to do so contact us by email. Any inquiries about defective items that is more than 12 hours after the delivery would not be considered as an exchange there would be no it’s exceptions to this. WE ONLY EXCHANGE DEFECTIVE CLOTHING! Please include your order number your full name in the email. We will contact you within 24 hours. if the correct information is not in the email We will email you back and you will have 12 hours to send the correct information. If you fail to do so in the correct time frame your exchange will not be Honored. When exchanging defective clothes we suggest that you do not try on any items.
Items with tangs or labels removed would not be eligible for exchange.
If we receive the item that has had any tags or labels removed we will not honor the exchange.

If a package is returned because of wrong address we will contact buyer for correct address and reship order (we know mistakes happen) but if package returns a second time buyer will be responsible for shipping cost
