Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering booking with Diamond Shunté Cosmetics! We truly believe that self care is self love, so we want to make sure we provide the best service that we possibly can! Here are a few thing you should know before booking your nail, makeup, or eyelash services: ***IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COUGHING, FEVER, OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19, OR HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE OF COVID-19 LESS THEN 14 DAYS LEADING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE CANCEL. IF YOU SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCING ANY OF THE ABOVE SYMPTOMS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED*** $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED. Your deposit goes toward your service cost . You pay the rest of your fee at your appointment (cash, card reader, PayPal has a fee of +7%, or cash app) We have a 10 min grace period. If you are more then 10 mins late for your appointment, and you did not contact me about your late arrival your appt. will be canceled. You will be charged an inconvenience fee. I do understand that stuff happens, so if you are not going to make it to your appointment on time please call or text me no emails. All cancellations must be done 24hrs before your appointment. If you cancel after 24hrs you will have to pay another deposit to book again. No call no shows MUST PAY 50% of your booked service and new booking fee to book another appointment. ALL 1-ON-1 CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE! THIS GIVES US TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL SUPPLIES FOR YOUR KITS ARE AVAILABLE . For all makeup services please arrive with clean face. Pedi Services (COMING SOON) you must have 50% of your lashes on anything less will be charged for removal & full set. Booking with Diamond Shunte means you agree to all terms and conditions!
